late sedgies at Mallard

This isn't a Sedge Warbler, a bit more important, a new Cetti's today, they seem a bit thin on the ground this year?

4 new Sedge Warblers this early morning, all no / very low fat scores.....where were our late Reed Warblers today?

Wonder why there aren't any Cetti's on Cors Fochno?

  2. Richard, as a result of the last two winters, we lost 75-80% of the Cetti's on the Newport Wetland Reserve, catching a few youngsters now mind.
